Alex is a transactional attorney in Womble’s Finance Group. He primarily represents a variety of financial institutions and lenders, as well as corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals, in equipment finance transactions. Alex’s asset-based lending and leasing experience focuses on transportation assets, including aircraft, railcars, motor vehicles, and vessels. His practice also includes representing lenders as well as borrowers in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities.
Apart from his finance practice, Alex also assists corporate clients with their nondisclosure agreements, goods and services agreements, and other complex procurement needs.
Before joining Womble, Alex interned for the Honorable Chief Judge George L. Russell, III of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Alex was also a 2019 Law Fellow at the NAACP. He has started an annual program between Womble attorneys and subsequent NAACP Law Fellow cohorts.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys supporting local artists, restaurants, and non-profits in Baltimore. He is currently part of the Agawam Council.
