PHOENIX (May 28, 2024) – Lewis Roca announced Tracy Cohen has joined the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group as Of Counsel in Phoenix.

Cohen brings a wealth of experience in real estate law, specializing in leasing transactions and skillfully navigating the complexities of commercial leasing to ensure optimal outcomes for her clients. Whether representing landlords or tenants, Cohen is dedicated to delivering customized legal solutions and safeguarding her clients' interests throughout every stage of the lease lifecycle.

Prior to joining Lewis Roca, Cohen honed her real estate skills through key roles within in-house legal teams at prominent entities, including national retail tenants, a publicly traded online auto retailer, and a real estate investment firm. Her tenure with these companies provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of complex real estate and commercial contract matters. Cohen is admitted to practice in Arizona and California.

Cohen earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from Washington University.
