Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Raj Singh has been named to the 2017 lists of Virginia and Washington, D.C. Rising Stars for Mergers and Acquisitions.
"Virginia Rising Stars" recognizes outstanding attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5% of Virginia lawyers are named to this list.
Raj Singh has a diverse transactional practice that focuses on the representation of public and private companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, business restructurings, and general corporate matters. Singh has substantial experience representing emerging and middle market companies in the banking, technology and government contracting sectors. He practices in Womble Bond Dickinson's Northern Virginia office.
