ATLANTA—With the May 25 deadline for the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance fast approaching, Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Ted Claypoole spoke to members of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Georgia Chapter. More than 120 ACC Georgia members attended the presentation. 

Specifically, Claypoole discussed how upcoming changes present heightened requirements and how those contrast with US requirements for companies with majority operations in the US.  Claypoole’s presentation took place May 8 in Atlanta.
