ATLANTA, GA – Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Michael Sullivan and YKK Corporate Counsel Leslie Neubauer co-presented at the ACC-GA Ethics & Compliance Member Interest Group Kickoff event on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The CLE presentation, “PFAS and Manufacturing: An Overview of the Regulatory and Litigation Environment,” took place over breakfast at Graphic Packaging International’s newly renovated headquarters.
Neubauer gave an overview of PFAS materials, explained reasons for regulation, and outlined the EPA’s PFAS reporting rule under TSCA. Sullivan detailed specific cases, risks, and trends in litigation involving PFAS.
