Dan Orvin Speaks at ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section Fall Leadership Meeting

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Dan Orvin recently spoke at the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section (RPTE) 2025 Fall Leadership Meeting.
Orvin’s session focused on leadership and mentoring with the Section and the legal profession. The conference took place November 13-15 in New Orleans.
Orvin serves as Co-Chair of RPTE’s Leadership and Mentoring Standing Committee. He also is a member of the Planning Committee and has served in various leadership roles within RPTE over the years.
The ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is a diverse community of more than 16,000 U.S. and international lawyers, paralegals, real estate and financial services professionals, law students, and legal educators. RPTE provides leadership and subject matter expertise on current regulatory and legal issues, trends, and best practices with the singular goal of empowering members to better serve their clients.
Dan Orvin’s practice includes commercial transactions, real estate development and real estate and business litigation. He practices in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Charleston, S.C. office.
