Womble Bond Dickinson has enhanced its commercial real estate capabilities with the addition of experienced attorney Ethan Siler.
His experience includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, leases and subleases, construction agreements and due diligence documents (related to zoning, land use, etc.) He also guides clients through real estate-related issues related to operating office and industrial properties, such as lease modifications, lease disputes, easements and termination agreements. Siler has specific experience with industrial, office, retail, hotel, restaurant and warehouse projects.
At Womble Bond Dickinson, Siler will work with clients on commercial real estate projects throughout the firm’s footprint, including California, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and North Carolina.
“Ethan has a wide range of commercial real estate experience, and has worked on large-scale projects across multiple states. We are pleased to have him join our growing team,” said Trent Jernigan, leader of Womble Bond Dickinson’s U.S.-based Real Estate Practice Group.
Siler joins Womble Bond Dickinson from DLA Piper’s San Francisco office. He also has previous experience at Brown Rudnick in Boston, where he worked with Greg Sampson, who also recently joined Womble Bond Dickinson. He is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the Wake Forest University School of Law.
