Azie Aziz Moderates Panel Discussion on Administrative Patent Judges

Womble Bond Dickinson Patent Agent Azie Aziz, Ph.D. moderated a virtual panel discussion on “The Journey from APJ to Optimized Advocate.” The Feb. 28 event was presented by Virtual Patent Gateway.

The discussion highlighted how their prior experience as administrative patent judges (APJs), adjudicating complex patent disputes, provides invaluable insights into litigation strategies, patent prosecution, and advocacy.
