Sriranga (“Ranga”) Veeraraghavan, a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s GCSolutions team, is a versatile technology licensing and IP attorney, with extensive experience with licensing AI/ML, hardware, software, and IP, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and managing legal teams.
Ranga’s experience includes advising senior leadership on all types of IP and licensing issues, developing strategies and policies for AI/ML, patent trademark, trade secret, open-source, and export control, in close collaboration with business and engineering leadership, and litigating IP, patent, and contract cases for leading technology companies.
He was most recently Vice President, Legal and Associate General Counsel at Xperi. Prior to Xperi, he was an IP litigation associate at Howrey LLP and Cooley LLP and an engineer at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems. He is a co-inventor of two U.S. Patents derived from his engineering work at Sun.
