His portfolio spans both U.S. and international business transactions for private and public companies, including the buy and sell-sides of M&A deals, corporate governance issues, joint ventures, capital raises and formation of investment funds, and general commercial transactions. Robert prioritizes achieving his clients' successful business deals.
Robert has a deep understanding of the significant issues that generally undergo the most negotiation and the factors that matter the most to clients when finalizing a transaction. His work typically encompasses letters of intent, purchase agreements, operating agreements, management agreements, and various other ancillary agreements and commercial contracts.
