Rhiannon works directly with our Planning Team via the Legal Project Management group of WBD Advance; a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers, project managers, technologists, data analysts, knowledge managers and operations professionals, working to develop and deliver more effective ways of working.
Rhiannon has been a certified PRINCE2 practitioner since June 2023. She successfully manages major infrastructure NSIP projects while simultaneously driving change transformation initiatives within the Planning team.
Rhiannon has a proven track record of implementing structured information indexes, coordinating team development, and supporting resource management by working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. As a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, she collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Experience
Examples of Rhiannon's experience include:
- Acted as the legal project manager for National Highways' A46 Newark Bypass scheme, a large multi partner planning team advising on a £0.5 bn DCO application for National Highways
- Acting as the legal project manager for Fosse Green Energy Limited’s DCO application for a generation station project, comprising a proposed new solar and energy storage park.
- Acting as the legal project manager for the DCO pre‑application stage of National Grid’s proposal to reinforce the 400kV high‑voltage transmission network between North Humber and High Marnham.
- Initiating structured NSIP information index
- Worked to transform the Planning Team's internal HighQ website to provide the team with a structured base of information
- Coordinating practice development for the Planning Team.
