Noah assists domestic and foreign clients in the energy and natural resources sector with commercial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and project financing. 

He has experience drafting offtake agreements to acquire lithium and other battery metals, analyzing state and federal regulations relevant to permitting and compliance obligations for mining companies, and researching and analyzing the international and domestic legal landscape of energy sectors including hydrogen and space mining.
