Maddison began practising conveyancing in 2021, having obtained a training contract as a trainee conveyancer and undertaking her CLC/SQA Conveyancing Diploma.
She has nearly five years' experience practising conveyancing and expertise dealing with a wide range of complex conveyancing issues, including sales, purchases, RTB, RTA, staircasing, shared ownership, plot sales and lease extensions.

- Advising national and regional house builders and associations with Plot Sales and Shared Ownership including drafting Leases, agreements, Re-Sales, RTB and RTA , plot sales. Shared Ownership Sales, Deed Of Covenants
- Dealing with all matters of residential conveyancing including the sale and purchase of residential property.
