Mackenzie Sullivan is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, where her developing practice focuses on a variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, licensing, and IP litigation. She assists clients with trademark registration, enforcement, and brand management, helping to protect their creative works and brand identity. Mackenzie also supports licensing matters, contributing to strategies that help clients utilize their intellectual property assets.
Before joining the firm, Mackenzie gained early legal experience through internships and externships, including with the Nevada Supreme Court, where she refined her legal research and analytical skills. Mackenzie brings meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to helping clients protect and maximize their intellectual property rights.
