Kim Soto represents investors, developers, landlords, and property and business owners in all phases of real estate transactions, including negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements, business organization and governance documents, leases, easement agreements, loan documents, and development agreements, examining title and survey for acquisitions of real property and managing due diligence for corporate transactions.

Kim has represented clients from a variety of industries, including mining and natural resources, renewable energy, healthcare and biotechnology, assisted living, and retail, commercial and residential real estate.

In her free time, Kim enjoys rooting for her favorite sports teams, playing with her dog, Evie, and visiting new places.
