Katherine is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group with experience in general corporate and transactional matters including formation of organizations, mergers, and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Her practice encompasses a broad range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of her clients, from small/large businesses to high-net-worth individuals.

Katherine’s focus on state and local taxation, as well as federal and personal income tax, allows her to provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance strategies. Katherine is adept at navigating complex tax regulations, and advising clients regarding the tax, legal, and business consequences of proposed transactions and structures, corporate acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, and other business transactions.

A good portion of her practice is also advising various tax-exempt entities, such as private foundations, public charities, schools, support organizations, and other entities that are tax-exempt under the Internal Revenue Code.

Outside the office, Katherine enjoys baking, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors.
