Jarett is a Case Management Facility team member, providing clients with strategic counsel in the management of mass tort and multi-jurisdictional litigation matters from inception to resolution. His litigation experience has been focused on the defense of Fortune 500 companies across a multitude of industries, including hospitality, energy, entertainment, technology, and pharmaceutical. In addition to his litigation experience, he has also overseen the management of internal investigations for global technology companies including identification, collection, and review of pertinent materials along with witness interviews.
Jarett has experience in all aspects of the litigation process, with particular emphasis on early case assessment, case management planning, e-discovery, and written discovery. He has provided litigation support, including preparation for witness examinations and exhibit management, in numerous extended trials, while in court, remote, and in virtual proceedings. As a result, he understands how to work successfully with in-house counsel, outside counsel from other law firms, plaintiff counsel, and court personnel.
