Jack enjoys hiking Mount Tamalpais, working on his chipping and putting to attempt to lower his handicap, and rooting for the New York Football Giants.

- In re RFC and RESCAP Liquidating Trust - Represented mortgage banking clients in U.S. District Court in Minnesota litigation relating to the origination and sale of $300 million of mortgage loans.
- Andrus v. Stewart Title - First-chaired jury trial of real estate fraud claims against title insurer.
- Sterman v. Colyvas - First-chaired bench trial of partnership dispute over ownership of personal use aircraft.
- Ferguson v. Arcata - Obtained summary judgment in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California dismissing CERCLA claims against founder of private lumber company.
- Morganroth and Morganroth v. John Z. DeLorean - Conducted execution, trial, bankruptcy, and appellate proceedings in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey to enforce a private party’s $8.5 million judgment against John Z. DeLorean.
- Dernier v. Mortgage Network, Inc. - Obtained dismissal of borrower’s claims against residential mortgage lender in U.S. District Court of Vermont.
