His specific experience includes shareholder’s derivative lawsuits, employment discrimination cases, contract enforcement, and business dissolution disputes. He has represented businesses from across the United States and Europe, and he works collaboratively with his clients in each case to ensure that the stakeholders he represents have a voice in their dispute.
Ian also advises businesses in handling EEOC investigations and benefits questions. Companies turn to him for guidance in drafting employment contracts, employee manuals, and severance agreements. Ian strives to find creative solutions to issues faced by his clients and solve problems before they result in litigation, but he is always prepared to go to court.
