Georgia is part of WBD’s LSC Advance Real Estate team, holding an undergraduate degree in Politics & International Relations and a Master’s in Law. She leverages prior experience at Smithfield Partners Solicitors in commercial and residential conveyancing, as well as a commercial litigation background.
Georgia works on real estate matters including planning agreements (S104, S38, S278), document production, and post-completion services such as SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, collaborating closely with instructing lawyers to ensure a streamlined service.
