As Business Manager for three of the Firm’s Advance Services, Eve directs the business, financial, risk, and operational responsibilities of the Medical and Scientific Solutions, Case Management Facility, and BullDox eDiscovery Information Management Teams. Her extensive experience in managing complex business operations, coupled with her strategic approach to financial and risk management, positions her as a valuable asset to law firm clients. She supports the attorneys with her ability to streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost efficiencies across teams. She provides strategic advice for resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, which directly benefits clients by enhancing the firm's operational effectiveness while delivering superior legal services. Additionally, Eve develops and executes business strategies to transform legal operations into a more business-centric model.
Eve brings over 20 years of leadership, management, and technology experience within the academic and financial services industries to her role. Eve earned her Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University. Prior to joining Womble, Eve led the execution and regulatory compliance of a corporate Data Governance Program, which included the adoption of a formal data accountability model across all sectors within a Fortune 200 company.
