Carson Howard focuses his practice on transactional and real estate matters.
Before joining the firm, Carson gained experience handling commercial and intellectual property litigation matters, where he represented clients at all stages of litigation. During law school, Carson held an internship with an investment management company, where he drafted disclosures to be included in shareholder reports and prospectus registration statements, drafted disclsoure and memoranda related to board considerations, and assisted in handling SEC information requests.
