Bryant Barber is a partner in Womble Bond Dickinson's Finance Practice Group, concentrating primarily in municipal and tribal capital markets. He has extensive experience in debt financing, including related areas of state and federal securities and tax law, and private-public partnerships. Long recognized for his ability to craft creative solutions to complex problems, Bryant is frequently called upon for assistance by indenture trustees and tribal gaming authorities to restructure distressed transactions.
Bryant has lectured and chaired panels on trust and default administration for the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He served as chair of the Bond Attorney’s Workshop for 2016.
