An Le represents national banks, auto finance companies, and other financial institutions in complex business litigation and regulatory matters. Known for her candid style, practical judgment, and straightforward counsel, An helps clients resolve disputes efficiently—by addressing issues early, navigating matters through alternative dispute resolution, or litigating cases through trial when necessary.

She represents clients in state and federal courts nationwide and places a strong emphasis on understanding her clients’ business priorities and internal processes. In addition, An draws on long‑standing professional relationships both inside and outside the courtroom—including established working relationships with plaintiffs’ counsel—to resolve matters effectively and cost‑consciously.

An has developed a niche working closely with state and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Enforcement and Trade (OET), on matters involving fraudulent cross‑border auto finance transactions. She also serves as monitoring counsel for Ford Credit and Ford Credit Canada.
