Will Campbell represents borrowers, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers in commercial real estate matters. He has handled client dispositions from letter of intent through closing totaling in excess of $500 million. Will has extensive experience assisting with client acquisition and the development of mixed-use properties, including leading due diligence reviews of lease documentation and title matters during acquisitions. He has negotiated and drafted complex land use documents, such as easements, declarations, and other property-affecting agreements. As a registered title insurance agent, Will is approved by all five major insurance-producing companies, further reinforcing his skills in real estate transactions.
