Stacy is a solicitor in the Construction and Engineering team, where she is developing experience across a range of contentious and transactional matters. She assists with the preparation and negotiation of construction documents, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights and providing construction advice to the real estate team in relation to Agreements for Lease, Leases, Licences to Alter.
Prior to joining the team, Stacy worked in the firm’s insurance team, specialising in defending professional indemnity claims. She advised a broad range of professionals, including barristers, solicitors, surveyors and other advisers, and gained experience handling a diverse caseload involving a variety of underlying issues.
Stacy completed her training contract at an international firm in South Africa and qualified as a South African attorney in 2023 before joining WBD in 2024. She subsequently qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2026.
