CHARLESTON, SC—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Brandy Harris is now practicing in the firm’s Charleston office. She previously practiced in the firm’s Winston-Salem, NC office.

Harris is a transactional attorney, who advises clients in commercial lending and economic development matters. Her Capital Markets practice focuses on commercial lending and banking transactions. She works with financial institutions and other corporate clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including syndicated and single-bank financing facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and real estate finance transactions.  In addition, Harris is actively involved in Womble’s economic development practice.  In this role, she has helped advise domestic and international companies with respect to identifying potential economic development incentives, negotiating those incentives with state and local government officials, and complying with the ongoing requirements to maintain such incentives.
