WINSTON-SALEM, NC—Kim Kelly Mann, the Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Winston-Salem office, has been chosen by the Business Journals for a select national list of 100 notable attorneys.

Mann has been named to the Business Journals’ Influencers: Law list for 2019. She is one of only three attorneys from North Carolina’s Triad region chosen for this national honor. According to the Business Journals, the list “spotlights attorneys who are driving business for their employers, and for their clients, in cities across the country.”

In her role as Winston-Salem Office Managing Partner, Mann oversees the financial, recruiting, strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement functions of the firm’s largest office (500+ employees). She also maintains an active practice representing national and regional financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions, including a number of nine-figure deals.

She has particular experience in complex commercial real estate construction financing. Mann helped form the Piedmont Triad Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and served as the chapter’s first president. Her other professional accomplishments include being a Chambers Ranked lawyer in real estate finance and an elected Fellow in both the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Earlier this year, the Triad Business Journal named Mann one of its 2019 Outstanding Women in Business .
