BALTIMORE—Womble Carlyle Baltimore Office Managing Partner David Hamilton was one of the region’s senior-level executives taking part in the Legends of the Boardroom networking and educational program held on September 14th.
Hamilton provided opening and closing remarks for the “Litigation, Mediation and ADR” panel discussion. Panelists included General Counsel from Merchant Link, Rosemore, Inc, Core Tel Communications, Inc, Lexington National Insurance Corporation and Entertainment Consulting International, LLC.
In its seventh year in Florida, Legends of the Boardroom is the first of its kind in Baltimore. The event fills a need in the community to generate business and networking; it was supported by various county bar associations throughout Maryland and attracted more than 200 attendees, including outside lawyers, in-house counsel and other business people.

David Hamilton is the Managing Partner of Womble Carlyle’s Baltimore office. Hamilton has experience in antitrust, class action, trade secrets, RICO, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and partnerships disputes, franchise and other business competition claims. He has handled numerous cases involving multiple parties in large complex matters and has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States
Shari Bacsardi has broad based experience documenting and negotiating finance transactions. Her practice focuses on representing lenders and lessors in all aspects of equipment finance with an emphasis on transportation assets including aircraft (corporate and commercial), rail equipment, locomotives and railcars, vessels (barges and tankers), and specialty assets.
Victoria Bruno’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, reputation management, corporate social responsibility, and appeals. She has significant experience handling every stage of civil litigation through trial and appeal in state and federal court.
Candace Gill is based in Womble Carlyle’s Baltimore office. She works with attorneys to help grow and build great and lasting relationships with clients.
