Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Beth Tyner Jones, Benita Jones and Rebecca Fleishman spoke on the top legal issues facing higher education HR professionals in 2021 at a recent webinar presentation.
Between dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, managing a remote workforce and adjusting to a Presidential transition, college and university HR officials have plenty of work to do in the weeks and months ahead. Jones, Jones and Fleishman provided insights into the legal landscape that higher ed HR professionals need to be aware of, and some recommendations and resources to help higher ed HR professionals navigate these challenges in 2021 and beyond.
The presentation, titled “Back to the Future…of Work in 2021”, took place Jan. 22 and was presented by the North Carolina Chapter of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).
More than 100 professionals from colleges and universities across North Carolina registered to attend the presentation.
