Congratulations to our long-time client Thorne, a leading science-backed health and wellness company and L Catterton portfolio company, on entering into a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Procter & Gamble Company for $3.8 billion.

While Womble did not serve as transaction counsel on this acquisition, we are pleased to celebrate this significant milestone for Thorne and its stakeholders.
