Womble Bond Dickinson Hosts Atlanta New Office Reception & Countdown to Kickoff

On August 20, Womble Bond Dickinson welcomed clients, friends, colleagues, and alumni to a special evening celebrating our new Atlanta office in the Midtown Union building followed by Countdown to Kickoff with sports broadcaster Wes Durham.

The event began with a reception in our 14th floor office where attendees enjoyed informal tours, light appetizers, and networking.  We transitioned to the scenic outdoor terrace on the 8th floor for a barbecue buffet and the much-anticipated Countdown to Kickoff event with Wes Durham, an award-winning play-by-play sportscaster with the ACC Network and voice of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons.

With a hint of Fall in the air, our guests (many sporting their team colors) enjoyed great insights from Wes and a lively Q&A discussion on the college football landscape sparking excitement for the season ahead. 

This memorable evening of networking, celebration, and spirited conversation solidified our commitment to fostering connections with the Atlanta community and beyond. We thank all who attended, especially firm leaders who joined us from other offices, including Chair & CEO Betty Temple, Cordes Ford, John Gambaccini, John Morrow, Josh Mullen, and Lisa Rushton.
