Womble Bond Dickinson has been honored by BTI in the 2021 Most Recommended Law Firms. The BTI Most Recommended Law Firms meet the following five components of superior client service:
- Delivering an excellent client experience.
- Mobilizes quickly.
- Easy to engage.
- Develops custom solutions.
- Incorporates deep industry insights.
“These firms separate themselves by exceeding client expectations, earning the coveted unprompted client recommendation,” the report states. The findings and rankings in the BTI report are based on more than 350 interviews with in-house counsel and buyers of legal services at organizations with $700 million or more in annual revenue.
The report also found that client service—by far—is the most important factor in earning a client’s reputation, far outpacing legal skills and brand name.
