Womble Bond Dickinson Attorneys Daniel Fitzgerald and Devin Harvin Present on Surging Earnouts to ACC Baltimore

On Thursday, November 7, 2024, Baltimore Womble attorneys Daniel Fitzgerald and Devin Harvin presented to ACC Baltimore membership over lunch. Their presentation, “Earnout Deals Surge in Uncertain Times: What M&A Professionals Need to Know About Earnouts,” touched on the recent trend in using earnouts in M&A transactions, strategies for structuring earnouts, and recent cases with various earnout situations and outcomes.

There were approximately 30 ACC Baltimore members in attendance at the event, held at Ampersea restaurant in Baltimore.  The ACC Baltimore Chapter serves the Baltimore Metropolitan Area and surrounding Maryland regions, and members enjoy CLE programs, social events, and the chance to connect with in-house counsel from across the nation.
