As a corporate and securities associate, Devin’s practice involves a range of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, corporate governance, and early-stage enterprise formation. Devin primarily counsels companies and entrepreneurs in emerging and middle markets across a number of industries.
Before his associate role, he served as a law clerk at Womble, during which time he drafted governance and transactional documents and assisted in all areas of acquisitions and financings.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Devin is active in the Baltimore community, including the University of Maryland Carey School of Law Alumni Associate and Beneficial Pain. Devin co-founded Beneficial Pain, which is a non-profit based in Baltimore that creates equitable solutions for marginalized communities.
