BALTIMORE, MD.—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Brian Meltzer presented to ACC Baltimore on Wednesday, September 28th at the firm's annual sponsor luncheon. Meltzer gave a presentation titled “Two Sides of the Same Coin: Making Heads and Tails of Corporate Secretaries”.
Meltzer’s presentation covered the roles and responsibilities of Corporate Secretaries and examined the pros and cons of in-house counsel doubling as Corporate Secretary.
The ACC Baltimore Chapter serves the Baltimore Metropolitan Area and surrounding Maryland regions, and members enjoy CLE programs, social events, and the chance to connect with in-house counsel from across the nation.
Brian Meltzer practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financing, and general corporate governance. He has experience representing private equity groups, venture capital groups, investors and investment firms, and public and private companies.
