Womble Bond Dickinson partner Tyler Bridegan is speaking at the IAPP Privacy. Security. Risk. 2025 conference, being held at the Marriott Marquis in San Diego, California from October 29-31.

On October 29th, Tyler will co-teach a workshop called, “U.S. State Privacy Crash Course – What is New and What is Next?” He will lead the portion of the workshop called “Enforcement and Litigation: Tips and Trends,” where he will teach attendees about the different types of state attorneys general investigations and best practices for responding to those investigations.

On October 31st, Tyler will be speaking on a panel discussing  the wave of privacy and technology laws and enforcement in Texas during a panel entitled, “Texas as America’s New Privacy Watchdog: What’s Next?

Based in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Houston office, Tyler is a member of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity team, and assists clients with proactive compliance, deal diligence, government investigations, and litigation related to privacy, cyber, and technology laws.
