On March 9, Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Tara Cho will participate in an upcoming OneTrust Privacy Connect virtual workshop.  The workshop will discuss several new comprehensive state privacy laws slated to take effect in 2023, and how these new laws may affect organizations nationwide. Topics will include legislative developments on the horizon across the US, how organizations can become come familiar with new compliance obligations, and the operational impact of these new laws.
