Joe Whitley and Michael Clark will be among the speakers at the 2026 Health Care Fraud Institute, presented by the State Bar of Georgia. Whitley also serves as Co-Chair for this event.

Whitley will moderate a panel discussion titled, “An Insider’s Perspective: General Counsel & Compliance Professionals.” He will be joined by Leo Reichert, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, WellStar Health Systems Executive VP Leo Reichert, HunterMaclean Partner T. Mills Fleming, and McKesson Corporation Managing Senior Counsel Kathryn Hutton.

He also will moderate a “Trial Practice Demonstration—Precision Lens” panel discussion. Joining him in this discussion will be Hogan Lovells Partner Thomas Beimers, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. Partner Joseph Dixon, III, and Robins Kaplan Counsel Bahram Samie.

In addition, Clark will moderate a panel discussion on, “Mediating and Negotiating a False Claims Act Case.” Joining him will be HunterMaclean Partner Edgar Bueno, Husch Blackwell LLP Partner Jonathan Porter, and Barron Ward Partner Emily Ward.
