Womble Bond Dickinson business litigation attorney Jasmine Chalashtori has been selected to participate in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCAA) Sources of Success Program for the 2023-2024 term. Jasmine is one of just 37 diverse attorneys chosen from across the country to be chosen for this highly competitive 12-month professional development program designed identify, develop, and promote future leaders from corporate legal departments and law firms. 

Sources of Success focuses on identifying successful career strategies and allowing attorneys to develop leadership and management skills, as well as an opportunity for attorneys to find the right mentor to guide their career advancement. Participants are required to quarterly professional development and networking events spanning topics such as client development, executive presence, organizational leadership, strategic career management, increasing influence and credibility, and effective communication strategies. Participants also engage with leaders from major companies in various industries as panel participants and mentors.

Jasmine is an Associate in Womble Bond Dickinson's Washington, DC office. She is an experienced litigation and dispute resolution attorney barred in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Her representative experience includes cases involving high-value contract disputes, business tort claims, employment disputes, claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, shareholder disputes, construction defect claims, federal criminal allegations, whistleblower complaints, internal investigations and compliance, insurance coverage disputes, and bankruptcy claw back proceedings. Jasmine also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular emphasis on serving diverse disadvantaged clientele, and routinely serves as a judge at undergraduate and law school trial advocacy competitions.
