She spoke in a panel discussion on “Private M&A Market Trends.” She was joined in the panel by Nadine Leitner of CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH (Lex Mundi member firm for Austria) and Yoshiyuki Kizu of Nishimura & Asahi (Lex Mundi member firm for Japan).
