Artificial intelligence (AI) continues to be a trending topic in technology and IP law, and Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Chris Mammen has been following these developments closely. On June 20, Mammen presented “AI Law Year in Review” at the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology (BCLT). The presentation was part of the BCLT’s IP & Tech Month 2023 activities.

Mammen was joined in the discussion by AliveCor General Counsel and WBD alum Bill Jacobs. They discussed AI-related legal developments related to privacy and cybersecurity, as well as trade, regulation, and competition.
