Alan Enslen Delivers Update on U.S. Economic Sanctions Enforcement to ACC Houston Chapter

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Alan Enslen and McWane Deputy General Counsel Ashley Wright spoke on economic sanctions enforcement issues to members of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Houston Chapter. The presentation took place May 16 in Houston.
Enslen and Wright’s presentation was titled “U.S. Economic Sanctions Update: Perspectives on Compliance and Enforcement.” In the discussion, they addressed such topics as best practices for U.S. and foreign compliance, as well as recently announced sanctions enforcement priorities from the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Enslen represents clients in international trade and national security matters, government investigations and regulatory enforcement actions, and global trade disputes in the commercial and defense sectors.
