This event took place on April 22, 2021.

Tara Cho, Chair of Womble Bond Dickinson's Privacy and Cybersecurity Team, and Michael Greer, IS Compliance Analyst with Womble Bond Dickinson and former agent with FBI Cyber & Fraud Units, presented "Restoring Online Safety for Governments and Their Employees" to the Government & Public Sector Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Cho and Greer explored some of the most common cyberattacks seen today that are used to hurt or threaten governments and their employees, such as "doxing." The discussion included practical solutions and best practices as governments work to restore the online safety of their employees in an increasingly digital workplace.

The Work of Restoration webcast focused on restoring the mental health of government and public sector attorneys, restoring the workplace, understanding digital hazards to public employees' safety, restoring respect for public attorneys as civil servants, and restoring balance in dealing with First Amendment religion issues in government.
