Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Tara Cho was among the speakers at the North Carolina Bar Association’s “¡Adelante! Moving Forward” program. The event was presented by the NCBA’s Minorities in the Profession Committee.

Cho took part in a panel discussion on “What I Wish I’d Known in Law School: Navigating Law School as a Diverse Student.” She was joined on the panel by Judge Ashleigh Parker Dunston (Wake County District Court); Judge Sam Hamadani (Wake County District Court); Josue Jimenez (Campbell Law School); and Clayton Morgan (Duke Energy, NCBA President-Elect). Dayatra T. Matthews moderated the conversation.

The “¡Adelante! Moving Forward” program was designed to empower minority law students as well as recent graduates as they navigate law school and enter the legal profession. 

Tara Cho chairs Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Team. Her practice is dedicated to counseling clients on privacy and data security issues across industries such as technology, retail, e-commerce, healthcare/healthtech and life sciences.
