Last week, the White House and state community partners began hosting a series of “Building A Better America” sessions designed to preview the Biden administration’s priorities for rural communities. These overviews highlight elements of the American Rescue Plan and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that benefit each state. The White House has now announced additional sessions to take place this week.
Event participants will be invited to share important issues facing their states and communities with White House staff and the state community partners. These sessions also offer a glimpse into how others are thinking about the numerous programs to be implemented and the federal funding being made available in rural communities, including the broadband funding.
