
Anona Su is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. As a member of the Nevada appellate team, Anona handles dispositive motions, post-judgment motions, appeals, and writ petitions. She also has experience drafting and responding to post-appeal petitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Anona gained experience representing a wide array of financial services companies in state and federal litigation including class actions from the complaint stage through judgment and appeal. Anona also served as a law clerk for Justice Douglas W. Herndon of the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Honorable James C. Chalfant of Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles where she prepared bench memoranda and proposed drafts of dispositions.
Anona graduated with her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and is licensed in both Nevada and California. During law school, she clerked for the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office; Clark County District Attorney’s Offiice; San Francisco District Attorney’s Offiice; and the U.S. Attorney’s Offiice, District of Nevada, Criminal Division. Anona enjoys the intricacies of complex legal issues and research.
