Bill provides legal guidance in the design, implementation and administration of retirement, welfare and executive compensation plans, including incentive and deferred compensation arrangements, supplemental retirement plans, and equity based compensation arrangements. He has extensive experience with Ownership Succession Planning, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), and the unique issues they raise. Bill has counseled tax-exempt organizations, including hospitals and health care providers, in employee benefits matters, particularly retirement planning and executive compensation issues in mergers, affiliations and divestitures.
