Victoria is a skillful labor and employment attorney with experience guiding clients confronted with complex employment and personnel issues. She provides advice and counsel to employers on all aspects of employment law, including preparing employment agreements and personnel policies. Victoria guides her clients through administrative charges and litigation involving employers, including institutions of higher education.
Victoria also has experience counseling and representing federal agencies on employment-related litigation, as well as counseling federal agencies and executives on navigating internal investigations.
After law school, Victoria served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Dietz on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She conducted research and assisted in drafting opinions in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including constitutional claims, evidentiary and procedural difficulties, family law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
