Victoria is a skillful labor and employment attorney with experience assisting clients confronted with complex employment and personnel issues. She provides advice and counsel to employers on all aspects of employment law, including preparing employment agreements and personnel policies. Victoria guides her clients through administrative charges and litigation involving a wide array of employers, including higher education institutions. In addition to employment matters, Victoria works with higher education institutions on navigating a variety of student issues.

Victoria also counsels clients on website accessibility matters, including ensuring website compliance with ADA regulations and defending against website accessibility claims.

Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Victoria counseled and represented federal agencies on employment-related litigation and advised federal agencies and executives navigating internal investigations.  

After law school, Victoria served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Dietz on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She conducted research and assisted in drafting opinions in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including constitutional claims, evidentiary and procedural difficulties, family law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
