Victoria Grieshammer advises employees and employers confronted with complex employment and personnel issues. She represents individual employees, including supervisors and executives, subjected to administrative investigations. She navigates her clients through the difficult investigative process and defends employees against disciplinary and performance actions. 

Victoria also counsels federal agencies on employment issues, such as proposed disciplinary actions and other employment-related litigation. 

After law school, Victoria served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Dietz on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She conducted research and assisted in drafting opinions in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including constitutional claims, evidentiary and procedural difficulties, family law, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
