Simon Levitsky is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including commercial, construction, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Simon is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas.
Simon earned his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where he received a certificate in Maritime Law and the CALI Excellence Award in Pre-Trial Litigation Practice and Strategy. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
